RETRUN & REFUND POLICY
At Yuitra, customer satisfaction and long-term business trust are important to us. We understand that returns, replacements, or refunds may sometimes be necessary due to product defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or compatibility-related issues. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, issue refunds, and handle warranty claims.
By placing an order with Yuitra, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective product, damaged during transit, or one that does not function as described under normal use, you may request a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund.
- Compatibility Issues: For compatible replacement parts, filters, accessories, and consumables, customers are encouraged to confirm model numbers, dimensions, photos, or technical requirements before placing an order. If a compatibility issue occurs due to our confirmation error, we will assist with replacement or refund options.
- Change of Mind: In most cases, returns due to change of mind may be accepted only if the products are unopened, unused, and in original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Custom-made products, private-label packaging, OEM items, and specially sourced products are not eligible for return unless they are defective, incorrect, or fail to meet confirmed specifications.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@yuitra.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please provide clear photos, videos, or a description of the issue.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization number or written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Prepare the Item: Securely package the product with all original components, accessories, labels, and packaging materials. Please include the return authorization information with the shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or affected by an error on our side.
Returns should be sent to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Yuitra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible and are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The following conditions apply:
- Full Refunds: Full refunds may be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items confirmed to be caused by product or fulfillment issues.
- Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, damaged packaging, or incomplete components.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns due to a change of mind or non-quality-related reasons.
Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the product is damaged due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect handling, or inadequate return packaging.
4. Exchanges
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or confirmed compatibility-related issues caused by our error, we may offer an exchange at no additional product cost.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, specification, or product type, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability and confirmation of the correct replacement item.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, a replacement alternative, or credit for a future order.
5. Warranty and Repairs
Products supplied by Yuitra are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the product. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Report the Issue: Contact us with your order information, proof of purchase, product photos or videos, and a clear description of the issue.
- Evaluation: We may request additional details, including model number, installation photos, usage conditions, or batch information, to evaluate the issue.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer repair support, replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Warranty coverage may be voided by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, third-party repair, abnormal operating conditions, or failure to follow applicable instructions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Custom-made or OEM products
- Private-label or customized packaging orders
- Specially sourced or non-standard items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used products without confirmed quality issues
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
- Products returned without prior authorization
7. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, incorrect shipment, or error caused by Yuitra.
For approved replacement cases caused by our error, Yuitra will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error or a confirmed product quality issue.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank, payment provider, or international payment channel to complete the transaction.
